Now, to be fair, there are a few useful, interesting money-saving tips in here (have a square cake instead of a round one, consider J.Crew's new wedding line, stick to flowers that are in season, etc.) And, then there are the suggestions that fall into the "Not In This Lifetime" category:

-Decorating with silk flowers in lieu of real

-Using paper plates and plastic utensils

-Having music from a boombox
